- After placing your order you will receive a confirmation message, call or email regarding your order within 12 hours. Order will automatically be cancelled after 3rd failed attempt.
- Unpaid orders will remain in the system for 7 working days, after which they shall not be eligible for payment/completion.
- Maximum limit for COD orders is Rs. 15000. Orders higher in value must be completed using the prepaid payment options
- Standard dispatch time is 3 working days
- Delivery of heavy and/or bulky orders may take up to 7 working days depending upon the destination.
- The company shall ensure proper packaging and safety measures before dispatch so that the product can reach undamaged, however, the company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, safety or other aspect of the product caused during transportation and negligence of the courier company. In such case it is advised to share pictorial proof and not accept package from the delivery partner.
Refund Policy
Once an order has been delivered and should you choose to return/exchange it, you may do so within 3 days of receipt of the order. Following conditions are eligible for refund/exchange
- The order received was damaged, torn or soiled
- Incorrect article
- The article finish or dimensions are different than what was communicated
- Pictorial proof for refund/exchange eligibility should be provided via email/Whats-app (withing the stipulated time) before dispatch of the original product for exchange/refund.
- Goods to be returned should be unopened/ unused/ contain all accessories provided with at time of purchase with the following condition
- The product is brand new, unused, unopened and uninstalled
- The original packaging, screws, templates, manuals and any documentation originally provided with the product are present at the time of return
- If a claim is raised for an exchange product, a replacement product will be dispatched immediately upon receipt and inspection of the original product ensuring the original product is free from any damage, misuse and eligible for refund. In case the product is not eligible for refund, the same will be dispatched again to the buyer with collect charges for courier.
- Electronic products are non refundable, proof of functionality would be provided before delivery.
- Courier cost for returns and exchange would be borne by the customer.
- A 3 working day time for bank transfer and a 7 working day time for COD and Credit Card transactions will be required to process the refund.
- If the purchase was made against Credit Card, a 3.5% banking transaction fee shall be deducted from the order amount
- Items sold on Sales or Promotions shall not be refunded/exchanged.
